As of 1 May 2009 the Group introduced a new organisation based on two business areas: Contracting and Material Sales.

The new organisation has been created to take greater advantage of economies of scale and synergies in such areas as production effiency, product rationalisation and efficient use of contracting equipment.

The Contracting business area includes all the Group’s construction activities and has an annual turnover of some SKr 1,000 million, which represents about 75% of Group turnover. Geveko is engaged in contract road marking through wholly or partly owned companies in 11 countries in Europe.

The Material Sales business area is responsible for all sales to customers outside the Geveko group. The business area has a turnover of some SKr 400 million, or some 25% of Group turnover.
